Only US and Canadian Motorola Authorized Two-Way Radio dealerships are eligible for this promotion. Only dealers located within the United States and Canada may participate; this excludes dealers in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Guam. Dealerships must be in good standing during and at the conclusion of the promotion period to qualify. Promotion period is March 7, 2008 – June 20, 2008. Standard delivery and payment terms apply. No extended delivery dates are allowed under this promotion. All transactions are subject to validation. Orders are subject to credit approval on your equipment account. Motorola reserves the right to audit and disqualify any sales it deems invalid. Motorola reserves the right and has sole discretion to alter, amend, cancel and interpret the rules of this promotion at anytime and without notice. Motorola assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage-due mail or rebate submissions. Illegible or incomplete rebate forms will be considered invalid and ineligible for rebate. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of rebate. Rebate checks not cashed within 90 days of issuance are void and cannot be reissued. Motorola is not responsible for lost or stolen rebate checks. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Rebate submissions must be received no later than July 11, 2008. All corresponding paperwork must be postmarked no later than July 18, 2008.Eligible radios cannot be returned once the rebate form has been submitted to Motorola. The electronic rebate form has no cash value. Offer not available in conjunction with any other Motorola end-user promotional offer, rebate, coupon or discount.
