INSTALLER 1

Candidate with minimal or no electronic back ground who will be required to perform the removal and installation of mobile two-way radios within all types of equipment. Individual must have good mechanical skills with the ability to understand basic electronics and physically be able to maneuver in and out of any type equipment work on ladders or at elevated heights as well as move or carry heavy loads. Must be neat and well groomed at all times and display good people skills. Employee should have the ability with training to advance to the next level.
JOB DUTIES:

• Removal and installation of  mobile communications equipment, mobile data terminals, emergency lighting, vehicle camera equipment, security screens, vehicle consoles and vehicle tracking devices
• Disassemble and reassemble trim, seats, lights, headliners and carpet in motor vehicles, heavy equipment or any other type equipment to properly route wiring and mount equipment.
• Read and understand basic wiring diagrams
• Splice and solder all size wire and properly crimp connectors
• Drill holes to mount antenna systems route antenna cables and apply connectors
• Thoroughly inspect job to determine that mounting locations will not cause damage to any other equipment

Technician 2

Candidate with no less than (5) five years experience in the mobile communication industry who is able to diagnose two way mobile equipment in all types of vehicles or equipment, diagnose simplex base and repeater systems, related telephone circuits and remotes/console systems, have a basic understanding of console systems Individual must have good mechanical skills and physically be able to maneuver in and out of any type equipment work on ladders or at elevated heights as well as move or carry heavy loads. Must be neat and well groomed at all times and display good people skills.
JOB DUTIES

• Diagnose problems with all types of two-way mobile equipment, mobile data equipment and GPS vehicle tracking devices repair related accessory problems or determine if problem is in the electronic unit and pull for repair
• Diagnose emergency lighting systems and repair
• Diagnose problems with simplex base or repeater systems to board level and determine what needs removed for service
• Understanding of multiple receiver / comparator systems and have the ability to properly set levels or troubleshoot to board level
• Diagnose problems with wire line circuits and properly set levels
• Have the ability to do programming and troubleshoot to board level console systems
• Read and understand all schematics

Sales Territory Manager

Employee with no less than (5) five years sales experience in the mobile communication industry or a related field. Must be neat and well groomed at all times and display good people skills.
JOB DUTIES

• Services existing accounts, obtain orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
• Submit proper paperwork to complete quote and sale process
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity reports
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training.
• Delivers customer equipment
• Attend all sales meetings
• Maintain a working relationship with service to better service the customers needs.
• Be organized and timely
• Communicate well with staff as well as customers
